» Problem
Registering for classes takes too much time. A student has to prepare their own timetable to make sure classes don’t conflict and have three web pages up just to accomplish this task. This is even before registering!» Solution
For our Engineering 240, technical writing course, we are doing a project to investigate the feasibility of introducing a dynamic timetable for registering for classes on uSource. What we mean by dynamic timetable, is a visual timetable that shows the courses a student has chosen, as they choose them, and if there are any conflicts (see example Figure 1.1). This reduces the time of having to write down what courses a student has chosen, what time the courses are at and what days of the week the courses occur.» What We Need
Before we do any further investigation into this project, we want to know if this is something a student would want to have on uSource. It would help us greatly if you filled out this survey, so we can see what the general consensus of this idea is.Upgrading USource Survey
